Senior Tech Lead Analytics Products / Accelerator
Summary
We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead with proven experience in leading teams in complex Data & Analytics environments. You will be integrally responsible for IT delivery, setting up and maintaining high-performing teams, ensuring secure and compliant delivery processes, and identifying innovations to future-proof data & analytics product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach multiple teams and a team of ~4 Tech Leads to ensure value delivery and high performance.
- Own IT delivery, including standards, information security, and risk compliance.
- Set priorities, create structure, and ensure clear, transparent communication across multiple levels.
- Identify, initiate and implement process improvements to increase collaboration, speed and clarity in a fast-changing environment.
- Guide DevOps teams through complex, multi-dimensional change projects toward autonomy.
- Drive radical adoption of GEN-AI building blocks (e.g., chatbot, summarization, report/document generation) to enable use cases and improve engineering efficiency.

Profile
- Education: Academic working and thinking level.
- Experience: At least 10 years in similar roles within complex D&A/IT environments; experience organising and managing a span of control around 100 employees and a team of Tech Leads.
- Technical skills: Extensive experience in software development, Data/AI Engineering, and DevOps; knowledge of scaled Agile (SAFe).
- Leadership: Strong coaching skills (coach the coach), demonstrable results in guiding teams to autonomy and high performance.
- Strategic & delivery capability: Strategic thinker able to formulate and execute strategy in short cycles; experienced in handling compliance and risk in a bank environment.
- Change management: Experience guiding DevOps teams in transition and handling complex, multi-dimensional change projects.
- Mindset: Self-starter, eager to learn, steep learning curve, intrinsic motivation to make a positive impact.
- Languages: Mastery of Dutch and English (business level, written and spoken) — both mandatory.
- Other: Ability to weigh interests and risks with the business and maintain a firm stance in difficult discussions.
