Team Lead Logistics
You will lead a team of 10 logistics colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of supplies and payment terminals and to oversee the processing of returns from field service teams and Partners. The team is embedded in an international supply chain organisation and daily contact with international colleagues is part of the role.
Employment type: Temporary position with possibility of extension. Freelance not allowed.
What you will do
- Manage all operational and personnel-related activities for the logistics team, including daily coordination of work with senior staff.
- Coach team members, provide motivating feedback and conduct development conversations.
- Guide the team in executing annual plans and ensure qualitative and quantitative staffing levels; manage absence cases.
- Monitor processes, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in consultation with the Manager Logistics & Repair.
- Take responsibility for inventory management, material planning and stock levels together with the Logistics Coordinator.
- Operate at a tactical level and work with your manager to define annual plans and budgets.
- Create an efficient team structure, streamline processes, manage performance based on KPIs and implement improvements.

- Strong leader and coach with excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Comfortable handling difficult situations with care and respect.
- Proactive mindset with a clear passion for logistics and several years of experience in a logistics environment.
- Quality-driven and analytical approach.
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong command of Dutch and English; German is an advantage.

- Work locations: Velp and Arnhem offices
- Hours: 40 hours per week with flexible working hours (in consultation)
