HR Business Analyst (1 FTE) — Utrecht
Overview
As a seasoned HR Business Analyst you will join international projects and act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT. You will analyse stakeholder needs and drive the development of IT solutions for recruitment processes, with an initial focus on pre-selection processes, to ensure high-quality and efficient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and control the Rabobank.jobs platform to ensure stability, performance and compliance.
- Support and optimise pre-selection processes within the recruitment funnel.
- Drive the AI way of working and contribute to continuous development and innovation of the recruitment platform.
- Bridge business and IT: translate stakeholder needs into solutions and ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience.
Required experience and skills
- Language: English mandatory.
- Understanding of how core HR processes connect with other organisational processes.
- Experience with recruitment processes, digital recruitment platforms and/or Workday is a strong advantage.
- Proven business analysis skills and application of BA methodologies and best practices.
- Strong communication skills for effective alignment between IT and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of careers platforms / digital ecosystems, including security, privacy and cookie compliance.
- Experience with web technologies, system integrations and data flows.
- Affinity with AI, innovation and digital transformation.
- Experience optimising digital journeys and building business cases (BuCa’s).

- Working model: Hybrid working in line with organisational policy.
- Availability: Candidate should be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment.
- Documentation: Candidates must be in possession of a valid passport or ID card at interview and at the start of the assignment.
- Screening: Selection is subject to a pre-employment screening.

- Furthermore, the candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment

- If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be executed
- The candidate is only allowed to start after the pre-employment screening has been completed successfully
