Project Manager — Drive (Route 2)
Role overview
You will provide hands-on project management and on-the-job coaching for pilots within the Drive program, which focuses on educational innovation using educational technology (EdTech). The role combines direct management of one pilot and process guidance for four additional pilots, and contributes to program-level improvement of ways of working.
Key responsibilities
1. Project management — Socratic AI Tutor
- Lead the Socratic AI Tutor pilot operationally: team management, task allocation and coordination.
- Define and manage planning, milestones, timelines, risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate alignment among educators, developers, researchers and support staff.
- Monitor progress, deliverables and resource allocation; report to program leadership.
- Draft evaluation guidelines, analyse pilot results and contribute to scaling plans.
- Develop and execute teacher engagement strategies to attract and retain participants.
2. Process guidance and coaching — GraphSearch, IGuideMe, Course Insights, Automated Feedback & Assessment
- Help project leads define goals, scope, deliverables and governance structures.
- Organise and facilitate workshops to improve planning, risk management and decision-making.
- Promote knowledge sharing and consistency across pilot initiatives.
- Coach educational advisors in practical project management skills to enable ownership.
3. Program-level contributions
- Reflect with the Drive team on improvements to ways of working and program organisation.
