Business Analyst (IAM) — 1 FTE
Location: Utrecht (Rabobank)
Role overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Analyst to support the on-premise identity platform that underpins secure authentication and authorization. You will work with architects and product ownership to bridge the team and the organisation, driving secure, compliant and highly automated identity services.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the business impact of IT changes, create adoption plans and support implementation
- Translate technical information into communications suitable for various organisational levels and plan/manage those communications
- Drive automation and standardisation of identity processes and tooling
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
- Support the Product Owner and squad with backlog management and refinement
- Assist the team in translating business and regulatory requirements into in-control items
Required experience & skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills
- Experience designing, developing and implementing workflows
- Technical familiarity with Active Directory and related services
- Proactive approach, ownership mentality and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch also relevant)

- Work is done in a hybrid manner, according to the Rabobank @anywhere principle
- Note: employment through loondienst-midlance constructions is not allowed in accordance with Rabobank policy
