PMO COO Change
Role summary
Support the delivery of strategic change across the COO domain by enabling structured programme coordination and contributing to a future‑ready, efficient and compliant organisation. As Project Management Officer within the COO Change team you drive organisational maturity and discipline, facilitate effective project execution, ensure alignment across stakeholders and help drive consistency in ways of working.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate program communication, planning and reporting
- Coordinate, manage and set up regular progress updates and reports
- Track team action points
- Coordinate reports for program management and management committees
- Provide overall support to project managers and program managers
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Pro‑actively collaborate closely with the program manager in steering the program
Requirements
- Demonstrable relevant working experience (3+ years), preferably within financial services
- Experience with setting up project or program reporting and providing an overview of progress
- Completed Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders at management level
- Language: Fluent English and Dutch, verbal and written

- Location: Croeselaan 18, Utrecht 1-2 per week at the office
- Demonstrable relevant working experience (3+ years), preferably within financial services
- Completed Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in English and Dutch, verbal and written
- Please clearly indicate in the motivation field whether the candidate has any planned vacation or special leave during the duration of this assignment
- Please provide in the CV whether an internal reference can be requested
- If the candidate is currently working at, or has recently worked at Rabobank, we would appreciate receiving the name and job title of the relevant team lead
- All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment
- Pre-employment screening: If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be executed
- The candidate is only allowed to start after the pre-employment screening has been completed successfully
- Candidate should be submitted exclusively to Magnit – Rabobank during the exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
- The candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment
