You are experienced in agile ways of working, understand risk & compliance needs in a bank, keep up with technology trends, and take ownership to make a positive impact. You are experienced in hiring tech talent and gain energy from empowering people and teams.

Requirements — You and your talent
- Languages: English and Dutch mandatory
- You are a friendly and approachable person
- You have an academic working and thinking level
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles within complex IT environments
- Demonstrable affinity for complex end-to-end analytics product delivery
- Strong leadership capabilities to foster a collaborative and result-driven culture
- Solid understanding of software lifecycle management and quality assurance
- Experience in hiring, mentoring and empowering tech talent
- You embrace Agile, Scrum, DevOps and software craftsmanship principles
- You communicate clearly and concisely in English, both verbally and in writing
- Known for maintaining control over budget, risk, compliance and HR
- High-level and hands-on experience with GenAI capabilities
Additional preferences
- Experience in an MLOps environment is a big plus
- Experience in a regulated / banking environment is a big plus
